You can quickly and easily register for the store by clicking the "Sign In" button in the top right corner. Your contact person (m/f/d) at Schwer Fittings will then set up your account in the system with your individual terms and conditions. This is not a generic or company-wide login, but rather a personal account for the e-shop. You will then receive your personalized login details via email, and you’re ready to go. Have fun browsing, learning more, making inquiries, and placing orders.

It takes our staff 1 to 2 days to enter your individual terms and settings in the eShop.

The Schwer Fittings online store is available exclusively to B2B (business-to-business) corporate customers. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to B2C (business-to-consumer) customers.

When logged in, stock availability and the customer's individual prices are displayed. This means that the final prices are shown in the shop, saving time on additional inquiries. You also have access to your account and can view additional information. You can view and contact your account manager (m/f/d) directly.

By logging in to the Schwer Fittings e-shop, you can view product prices online immediately and place orders. The order is automatically sent to our inventory management system and processed very quickly. This streamlines the process, allowing for very fast delivery. Additionally, there are features such as creating shopping lists and order tracking.

The terms and conditions for businesses and customers are individually set up in the store by your contact person (m/f/d) at Schwer Fittings. This means you’ll pay the same prices as you would through other channels. For more information, please contact your representative (m/f/d) at Schwer Fittings.

After you have completed your purchase at Schwer Fittings, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation from the store. The order will be reviewed internally at Schwer Fittings, and an order confirmation will be sent. Once the goods have left our facility, an invoice will be issued.

Delivery times for in-stock items are:
Germany UPS Standard: 2–3 business days
Germany UPS Express Saver: 1–2 business days
Europe: 3–4 business days

For new customers with whom we have not yet established a business relationship, payment must be made in advance. Otherwise, an invoice will be sent once the goods leave our facility. We do not currently offer other payment methods, such as credit card payments, as this is a B2B store.

There are interfaces (OCI) from the e-shop to certain external inventory management systems to enable integration. Since these are highly specialized, additional interfaces can be added under certain conditions. This is done in consultation with the customer.

Goods may only be returned in their original, unused condition and in consultation with Schwer Fittings. This requires a form provided by Schwer Fittings and sent to the customer via email. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a processing fee. Upon receipt, the goods will be inspected, and a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned goods. CAD data can be downloaded for a product after selecting an item using the filters under "CAD". Data sheets are also available for download as PDF files. In addition, special technical data sheets are available for certain products.
