With the login the user confirms that only they are authorized to use the login data of Schwer Fittings. An unauthorized use of this login can have criminal consequences. A transfer of the login data to third parties is expressly prohibited. This includes the internal transfer to colleagues. The authorization to use the login is linked to your existing employment relationship. If the employment is terminated, we ask for appropriate information, so that we can block the login. We reserve the right to block the login at any time without stating any reasons.

Use of the eShop

Additional personal data is required to maintain a customer account and process orders. The required data is marked with an “*” on the login form. If you do not provide the required data, you cannot enter into a contract with us. When you use our eShop, we process your personal data for the purpose of entering into and fulfilling the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). 

Use of the contact and training forms, online consultation/appointment calendar, inquiries, or job applications

We process your contact information when you use one of the forms provided. This contact information includes, among other things, your name, email address, and the nature of your inquiry. When you use the forms, we process your contact information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken in response to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If your inquiry is not intended to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is a balancing of interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). By processing your data, we pursue the legitimate interest of making it easy for you to contact us.

Contacting Us via Email

You may contact us using the email address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. In this context, the data will not be disclosed to third parties. The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of handling the correspondence. The legal basis for processing the data transmitted when sending an email is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If the email contact is intended to lead to the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

The statutory retention periods apply. The user may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us via email, they may object to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of establishing contact will be deleted in this case.
