We always work in a team and are committed to intensify our team spirit. Honesty and openness in our daily work. Our goal is to be sincere and honest, even if we find this personally difficult. For instance, if we make a mistake, this should be admitted in front of our colleagues, then we can correct it together and avoid the same mistake in the future.
