Sponsoring H2 racing boats

We are delighted to announce a multi-year partnership with Team Scotland, a partnership between the University of Glasgow | UG Hydrogen Fuel Racing and Heriot-Watt University | H2-Watt.

Together, we are working towards an ambitious goal: developing hydrogen-powered racing boats that will compete in speed and slalom competitions throughout Europe, such as the „13th Monaco Energy Boat Challenge 2026“.

The special feature: The hydrogen is stored in a solid fuel storage tank, released at low pressure, converted into electrical energy in a fuel cell and stored on board in batteries - an innovative approach that sets new standards for sustainable propulsion.

Our role:

  • Stainless steel fittings & technical expertise
  • Training for the safe and efficient installation of our connections
  • Project management support for the implementation of the system architecture

For students, this project is a unique look into the future of HydrogenMobility, CleanTech and HighPerformanceEngineering. Together, we are showing how visions become real technologies.
