Drawings are drafted, tests made and products are manufactured to meet the stringent requirements of the Schwer Brand.

Production takes place on approximately 100 high quality, modern CNC machines in 4 European locations, each specializing in a product range, a material and a market. In addition to standard stainless steel e.g. 1.4571, 1.4404 or 1.4435, items may be manufactured in special materials.

Surface finishing is completed in the Department of Surface Technology in Denkingen. Specialist tube bending machines are also available for customer requests. This completes quality control, before, during and after production.
