Description

Flat seal in PTFE, seals for temperatures over 100° C available on request. The stated GF-No. relates to the hose diameter in bold type, please note other alternatives. Ordering example: GF-142FG38d13-7 (GF-No. thread-d-material). Note: In order to obtain the permitted operating pressure of a hose stem connection, the maximum permitted operating pressure of the hose should be observed. The union nut, which does not come into contact with the medium, is made of 1.4408 material.

Threaded Fittings and Pipe Fittings

The threaded fittings and pipe fittings offer the possibility to choose the correct fitting depending on the application. Pressures from 25 to 250 bar allow the fittings a wide range of applications.

Important information on technical changes, applications, standards and guidelines

The threaded fittings are divided into the following types: nipples, couplings, reducers, plugs, caps, nuts, screw plugs, hose nipples, elbows, tees, crosses and arches. The interchangeable tube fittings according to DIN 2993 are divided into Straight, angle and T-fittings. They have conical or flat seals (flat seals PTFE, other types of seals on request).

The different types of threads (eg tapered Whitworth pipe thread to DIN 2999, cylindrical Whitworth pipe threads according to DIN ISO 228, NPT) and connection types (eg, pipe, hose connection, Welding end) round of the range. Furthermore, different qualities and materials are available (eg material no. 1.4571, 1.4408, 1.4404, 1.4301).
