Clino Aseptic Connections

Fittings and valves for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, chemical, solar and food industries must fulfil high quality and technical requirements. In addition to a high material quality, they must essentially be low in dead space, have surfaces that are easy to clean, have the correct use of sealing elements and be steam pressure sterilisable. Furthermore, a distinction is generally made between 2 hygiene classes in the high-quality sector:

Hygiene class H3 with an internal Ra value of <0.8µm (material no. 1.4404 = 4L)
Hygiene class H4 with an Ra value of <0.4µm (material no. 1.4435 = 5S - Basler standard 2)
