Solid state module storage system for hydrogen

The start-up company ATOM H2 from Spain has developed a solid-state storage system for hydrogen and built its first prototype. Schwer Fittings was able to supply suitable twin ferrule fittings and valves for the solution and is now moving on to the next phase of state-of-the-art hydrogen storage solutions.

Green hydrogen is a major topic for the company Enapter in Saerbeck. The AEM Nexus 1000 is an electrolyser that produces 450 kilograms of hydrogen per day. Over three and a half thousand Schwer Fittings screw fittings have been used in the Nexus.
