Stainless Steel Press Fittings

The Aquapress series from Schwer Fittings includes a wide range of stainless steel press fittings, welding fittings, pipes as well as pipe accessories (pipe clamps) and assembly equipment (saws, deburrers, bending machines).

The system is at home in the field of private water supply, industry and shipbuilding. Whether drinking water and sanitation systems, heating and air-conditioning technology, hydraulic cooling, fire protection or compressed-air systems, these couplings now cover a wide range of applications.

  • The press fitting can be supplied with various connection variants, e.g. internal/external thread, flange connection or push-in end.
  • The options with regard to O-Ring materials (e.g. EPDM, NBR, FKM, HNBR) mean the couplings are suitable for media such as water, oil, gas etc. Standard Seal: Viton® (green).
  • The use of stainless steel (AISI 316L) guarantees a long service life, which means, viewed over the long term, that it is not more expensive than other materials.

Couplings with press connections, curved pipe elbows in the radii 15°-180° and adaptors round off the range of press fittings. The fittings can with stand pressures of 16 bar and temperatures of 110° C over the long term.
