Pipe clamps in many variants and designs

As a system partner for stainless steel pipe fittings, Schwer Fittings supplies pipes and the matching fittings. To round off this product portfolio, pipe clamps have long been an integral part of the product range. In line with the slogan "Focus in details®", the range of pipe clamps has been significantly extended and expanded. The scope here ranges from block pipe clamps in accordance with DIN 3015 to classic pipe clamps with and without sound insulation.

Important information on technical changes, applications, standards and guidelines

The pipe clamps in accordance with DIN 3015 enable quick, effective and economical installation. This ensures cleanly defined pipe routing. Clamps to DIN 3015 always consist of two clamp halves and are available in the standard metric and imperial outer diameters of the corresponding pipes. The clamp bodies are made of polyamide or polypropylene. Individual RAL colours can be implemented in the polypropylene plastic. For extreme conditions, the clamping jaws are also available from stock in aluminium.

All metal parts are available in AISI 304 or AISI 316. Thanks to the very wide range of possible combinations of these clamps, an almost universal system has been created.

With this range of clamps, it is possible to use weld-on plates, support rails or even direct fastening to the system body. Any pipe routing, even different pipe diameters, can be realised in parallel or one above the other. Surface mounting is carried out using special surface-mounted screws, which are secured against twisting by locking plates.

A distinction is also made between light (DIN 3015 Part 1) and heavy (DIN 3015 Part 2) series. Two-pipe clamps (DIN 3015 Part 3) round off the range of clamps in this DIN standard.

Pipe clamps for pipes according to DIN EN 10357, DIN 11866 with the material 1.4301 are mainly used in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The product range also includes all other clamps that are required in screw connection technology. Pipe clamps are designed for secure and space-saving pipe installation for fastening plastic and metal pipes and hoses.

Fastening clamps to DIN 72573 are available with one-sided or two-sided fastening. Tubular steel clamps to DIN 3570 Form A and Form B can be mounted on a plastic pipe support (long and short version) or a lug for welding. Pipe clamps to DIN 3567 Form A and Form B, retaining clamps to DIN 3016 (with and without rubber inserts) and hinge pin clamps to DIN 3017 are also included in the portfolio.

The two-part pipe clamp with M8 or M10 threaded connection is available with or without sound insulation insert, complete with two clamping screws. The clamping range here extends from 12 to 115 mm. Worm drive and spiral hose clamps and stainless steel cable ties are available as accessories. Various C-profiles with the corresponding connectors and support brackets are available for pipe guide substructures. These are available in AISI 316 and AISI 304.
