24° sealing cone fittings: Many variants can be combined!

Different types of unions with a 24° cone can be combined very well in systems and machines. These include sealing cone fittings, cutting ring fittings as well as welding cones and fittings with a 24° cone (including fittings and hose fittings). All of these types can be combined with each other and thus help the plant or machine manufacturer to reliably solve any bolting problem, no matter how difficult.

The fittings offer quick and easy installation thanks to fixed tightening travel with low torque.

The directional adjustable 24° sealing cone fittings are stainless and suitable for connection to threaded fittings to DIN 3853 with 24° -Inner cones.

Functionality:

The union nut is rotatably mounted on the neck of a body. The pin is thereby between two semi-circular in cross-section radial grooves of the neck and the nut and then performs the holding function of the taper coupling. The sealing is achieved by the O-ring 24 ° - Taper couplings in the range of 24 ° -lnner cone the threaded connector (bore form W to DIN 3861).
