Zelfs wanneer het systeem met hoge trillingen werkt, garandeert de schroefverbinding voldoende veiligheid bij hoge druk of vacuüm.

Dit word bereikt door 4 efficiente constructiedetails:

• De achterste klemring veroorzaakt door zijn verende werking een demping van trillingen in het leidingwerk. Voorts verhinderd deze ring de overdracht van de rotatie van de moer op de voorste klemring die optreed bij de montage.
• De achterste klemring dicht ringvormig op de drukvlakken van de koppeling en van de buis af. Door de konus in de koppeling word deze ring op de buis gedrukt zodat een lichte insnoering word veroorzaakt waardoor de buis vastgeklemd word.
• Door een speciale oppervlakbehandeling van de fijne schroefdraad van de wartel word het koudlassen of vreten voorkomen. Deze behandeling maakt een meervoudig gebruik mogelijk.
• Het relatief lange buisstuk wat in de koppeling steekt  garandeert dat de buis goed ondersteund word, nauwe toleranties garanderen bovendien een optimale centrering van de buis.

Schwer Fittings Standard cleaning

As standard, the u2-Lok twin-ferrule fittings are supplied free of oil and grease (off) and individually packed in foil. A special multi-stage cleaning process with ultrasonic support removes oil and grease residues as well as loose particles, ensuring that the components meet the basic requirements of the industry.

When using oxygen, certain precautions must be taken to rule out the risk of fire. The cleanliness of the system plays an important role in preventing an oxygen fire. For such applications, we offer fittings in accordance with the "offO2" Schwer Fittings standard. This in-house standard defines the cleaning, assembly and packaging of stainless steel fittings in accordance with ASTM G93 Level C for all components in contact with media.
