Over time subsidiaries were opened in Europe and Asia. Also opening in Germany, Schwer Ventiltechnik GmbH, (specialising in stainless steel ball valves and valves), and Sales Offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Hamlin and Munich.
The company’s origins are in the Black Forest. In 1956 the first new building was constructed in Denkingen. As the youngest of three brothers, Bernd Schwer specialized in stainless steel pipe connection technology. The new company Schwer Fittings GmbH started at 150 Hauptstrasse.
