The more medium is floating the higher the float is pushed. The tope edge of the float then indicates the flow rate on the meter of the glass. With Reed Switch: A permanent magnet situated in the float activates the Reed switch as soon as the magnetic field reaches its contact. The Reed switch can be individually adjusted on a bar on the outside and therefore be used as a flow controller. A high grade of operational reliability is granted by using magnetism and gravity. Wearing parts such as springs or diaphragms are not necessary. Attention: Not suitable for mediums that contain magnetisable parts (except if you use magnetic filters).
