The more medium is floating the higher the float is pushed. A permanent magnet situated in the float is moving a flow indicator that is hermetically isolated on the outside of the gauge. With this it guarantees an exact indication also with high pressures. With Reed switch: A permanent magnet situated in the float activates the Reed switch as soon as the magnetic field reaches its contact. The Reed switch can be individually adjusted on a bar on the outside and therefore be used as a flow controller. A high grade of operational reliability is granted by using magnetism and gravity. Wearing parts such as springs or diaphragms are not necessary. Attention: Not suitable for mediums that contain magnetisable parts (except if you use magnetic filters).
