We can only achieve our goals together. A well-functioning team can achieve more than a collection of individuals. Our entire way of thinking and way of working, is aligned with our colleagues. We always work in a team and are committed to intensify our team spirit. Successful and honest collaboration requires that you put yourself in the position others and  meet with appreciation, sincerity and tolerance.

Honesty

Honesty and openness in our daily work.  Our goal is to be sincere and honest, even if we find this personally difficult. For instance, if we make a mistake, this should be admitted in front of our colleagues, then we can correct it together and avoid the same mistake in the future.

To encourage and challenge employees, this is our big concern. Only a highly motivated team can withstand the international pressure. SMEs are the backbone and the heart beat of the industry in Baden-Württemberg and Germany. It guarantees stability and tradition.

We wish to pay our employees a worthwhile salary and therefore require high quality products and reasonable prices. Buzz words such as 'cheap' or 'greedy' do not align with our mission statement. Whilst profit is indeed a guarantee for the future and further development, it is not the only focus.

We are respectful of our work colleagues, we do not take a difference of opinion as a personal attack. We show mutal respet by, amongst other things, adherence to agreed deadlines. Punctuality is taken for granted, be it on the phone, in a meeting or arriving at work.
